Our Story
Myanoy opened its doors on SE Stark with a simple conviction: that the best bread and pantry goods don't need to travel far to be exceptional. We bake in small batches, source from regional producers, and treat every item on our shelves as something we'd serve our own table.
Whether you're stopping by for a morning croissant on your way to work or gathering ingredients for a Sunday dinner, we've made this space for the rhythms of your day.
What We Offer
Sourdough, ciabatta, focaccia, and seasonal varieties — all leavened naturally and baked fresh each morning.
Butter croissants, laminated danishes, tarts, and seasonal fruit galettes — made from scratch daily.
Olive oils, vinegars, preserves, grains, and household essentials — curated from Pacific Northwest producers and beyond.
Our Approach
We bake what we can do well, not what we can sell fastest. Limited quantities mean every loaf and pastry leaves the oven at its peak.
Our ingredients come from farms and producers across the Pacific Northwest — because flavor travels shortest when it doesn't have to travel far.
